CCM AD integration - search user problem

| Dear All,
I have my CCM integrated with AD 2003.
The directory structure is like: ou=mainOU, dc=abc, dc=com
domain: abc.com
userbase: abc.com
And there are 2 sub-OU named "ou1" and "ou2" in "mainOU".
In Softphone, I can configure searchbase to "ou=mainOU, dc=abc,
dc=com" and all users in ou1 and ou2 are searchable. But in IPPhone
and CM admin page, I only can search users in ou1.
Does anyone know how to make users in both ou1 and ou2 searchable ?
Thanks a lot ~
Regards,
Alan

| Hi Alan,
You should be able to search the ou "ou2" without modifications. A
packet capture, you can use Network Monitor on the CCM, will help in
determining the problem of why the CCM is not able to see users in
"ou2".
