Need help installing CCM 4.1.2

| HELLP!!!with CCM 4.1(2)
I have installed the Win 2000 2.4 and the 2.5
However i do not have the 2.6 CD and my CCO account
does not let me see the downloadables.
I believe the file name is
win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-2-6.exe
Does any one have the 2.6 or any other modules i need
in order for the 4.1.2 CD to proceed.
Any help rendered will be highly appreciated!

| The 2.6 o/s patches have been replaced with 2.7

| It's possible you've not filled out the request for encryption based
files accessed. If you can get to the CallManager software download
page, you'll see one that says "Download operating system/bios updates"
or something similar, follow that and you'll be asked to fill out a form
to get access.
