Hi All,

I have 2 boxes MCS7800 and ICS7750 ....i am planning to upgrade my
existing version 3.3(3) to 4.0(1).

1.MCS supports this upgrade ...Please tell me whether I can do it in
ICS7750 or any other version upgrade possible because MCS is my PUB and
ICS SUB.

Thanks ,

Rijas

Time to think about getting a new MCS.... The ICS is EOL and will not go
much further. I suggest if you're upgrading to just go to the 4.1 train
anyway.

We ran 4.0(1)sr2a on our ICS7700 for a long time and it did ok. We did
up the memory on it and that helped a lot. For us, everything worked
pretty well. I would recommend trading it in though. We moved to a
lower end MCS cluster (albeit with 2 Gig of RAM) and have been much
happier with it.
