Hi Paul,

I am by no means a CRA expert but what you described doesn't sound
quite right. Maybe this will help. Basically you have a JTAPI user
that the CTI RP and CTI Ports are associated to. Then you create an RM
JTAPI user that you will associate the agents phones to, in addition to
associating them to each user with the ICD extension. This info can be

The other thing you didn't mention is that you are logging the agent in
from their phone.
