| We have installed IPT into one of our remote sites and they are
complaining that the phones seem to be a lot quieter than there old pbx
system used to be. Is there a command or similar that can be used on the
config to increase the gain of the lines.

| Thank you Bernhard, can I also use the output attenuation command on the
voice-port to increase the level of sound for the other end of the call
as the sound seems to be quiet at both ends?

Hi!
Well, this depends. If you want to raise the volume of internal (IP)
voice traffic, there is far as I know no way to do this for all phones.
Users will have to individually raise / lower the volume on their phone.
You can however raise the volume of all calls which come in via a voice
gateway, this is something we see requested quite often.
This works via the "input gain" command which is specified in the
voice-port, see here:
