| Ok something odd here at least it seems to me.
Dial in user hit 0 from someone voice mail. It then goes to one person all the time. Where in Unity I have it set to go to the operator. Its constantly going to the same person which is the VP not good

| Have you looked at your translation patterns? Is this AA that the
caller is dialing "0"? or is this Unity and a call handler? I don't
know if I understand what is really happening.

I think I figured it out. It was the Operators phone. I reset it and now it seems to be working correctly.
