How are others getting Unity event log messages to third party monitoring systems? CallManager has a spot where I can configure a syslog host. Does Unity have something similar or do I have to configure Windows event viewer collection to export to a syslog host?

We're currently experimenting with Unity Remote Serviceability Kit and Event
Monitoring Service (find on www.ciscounitytools.com
<http://www.ciscounitytools.com> ) to send syslogs to a unix syslog server
and SNMP traps to an SNMP monitoring console. So far haven't had much luck
with these but they seem promising. Ask again in a week or so. We've been
working with TAC as currently no traps or syslogs seem to be coming out of
the system even when we generate fatal problems like deleting VM ports and
such. (test system of course)
