Have you made the mistake of using the same # for CTI_Ports and ICD
extensions?

This will defiantly cause the symptom you are experiencing...

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC: agent goes reserved state but phone doesn't
ring

Hello,

I have CCM 4.0 and IPCC 3.5. When I make a phone call to the CTI route
point number, the agent enters in reserved state his phone doesn't ring
and the call goes to one agent queue (there's no way to retrieve the
call).
- No partition, CSS issues (these have benn checked)
- I'm using icd.aef script. How should I personalize it? maybe this is
the problem. Should I put anything int the Resource ID variable?

This is my first IPCC installation, so I'm pretty sure it is a
configuration issue ;)

Thanks in advance,

Ruben
