we have our data and voice network separated. we have routes and acl on our cisco FW that allows us to reach our voice servers from our data. we are not allowing traffic generated from the voice side to come over to the data side. the problem is the Line status on AC are not showing up. but when i run AC from the CM server it works fine. What exactly is it i need to let pass thru.

in AC under settings, 2nd tab, bottom box you can configured IP and port
number to use for the UDP linestate updates. ACClient reports this IP
and port to the server during registration. You will need to permit
this traffic voip->data.

You will also have to permit the other traffic data->voip and
voip->data. Pretty easy to identify in a sniffer trace.
