IPCCx service not starting

| I know I caused it by installing something, but every time I reboot my
IPCCx server it says a service didn't start. Event viewer gives an
event 2 with the following description:
The description for Event ID ( 2 ) in Source ( CDP ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The
following information is part of the event: ,
COpenAdapter::InternalGetTcpipProviderIn
fo failed!.
I know I caused this when I installed something as it was a caveat, but
for the life of me, I can't find the bug id or what caused it for that
matter. Anyone else know?

| This is the CDP driver. Install any MS patches or os 200.2.7 sr4 by any
chance?

| Yes, Is there going to be a fix or is the fix to upgrade? Is it fixed
in IPCCx 4.0? I have that on order from the product upgrade tool.
