Hi All,

we've some endpoints which support only G.711 A-law ! If those are
redirected to an unity voice-mail port, they get a "busy"-message.

We found out, that Unity registers it's lines ("ports") with the
following capabilities at the call manager:

* 2 codecs
* (1) G.711 u-law 64k
* (2) G.729

There seems to be no documentation how to change this - does anybody know?

Regards,
//Ronald

PS: We've changed the record-format and the wav-file format.

PS: We captured the registration-process of a cisco-ip-phone - it
registeres the capapabilities G.711 u-law, G.711 a-law, G-729, etc... It
would be fine, if unity could register itself this way, too!
