Interconnecting Callmanager with Nortel Meridian

I need know , if possible interconnect my Callmanager 4.1 with a Nortel
Meridian option 11 without one router as a gateway h323.

In this moment both, solutions Meridian and cisco are in same segment ip
and physical LAN.

The Nortel Meridian uses as a h323 gateway, la ip of callmanager 4.1 ,
and work , the Phone of meridian call to ip phone cisco and work ok.

But if callmanager use as a gateway h323 la ip the Meridian not work .
Is possible use the meridian as a Gateway h323? Suggest, comment,
recommendation, about it please
