Hangup both call legs? Maximum call duration?

| When two cisco IP phones (e.g., 7960's using Skinny) are in a call, and
one gets unplugged from the network, the other one stays up. It thinks
it's still in the call, and indeed the CallManager still considers that
device to have a call in progress. (I'm guessing the CallManager does
this on the chance that audio is still flowing between the phones and
the party on the still-connected phone will eventually hang up.)
However, I would like the CallManager to hang up the remaining phone if
it loses its connection with a phone in a call (e.g., no Keepalives). Is
this possible? I can't find a setting for this in CCM 4.0.
Alternatively, is there a setting for the maximum call duration after
which the CallManager terminates a call?

| I've included both maximum call and maximum hold duration timer descriptions from the 4.1(3) help file.
Maximum Call Duration Timer : This parameter specifies the minutes that a call can remain active before cisco CallManager clears it. A value of zero disables the timer.
This is a required field.
Default: 720.
Unit: min.
Minimum: 0.
Maximum: 35791.
Maximum Hold Duration Timer : This parameter specifies the minutes that one or both parties on a call can remain on hold before cisco CallManager clears the call. A value of zero disables the timer.
This is a required field.
Default: 360.
Unit: min.
Minimum: 0.
Maximum: 35791.

Thanks, but I need a solution that will work for 3.3 and 4.0 as well as
4.1. Maximum Call Duration Timer was apparently added as of 4.1. I'm
trying to determine if there is also a way to do it for the earlier
versions.
