MWIs not turning on

| Hi,
I've recently installed cisco Unity v4.0 (4) and I've completed the
integration with Call Manager. If I leave a message on the phone the MWI
doesn't turn on. If I dial the extension that I have designated for the
MWI to turn on, the lamp turns on; the exact opposite happens when I
dial the MWI off extension. I have gone through Cisco's troubleshooting
guides but I can't find anything to help me with this problem, can
anyone assist.
Best regards,
Sechaba Mokoena

| I had a MWI problem last Friday (not after an upgrade though).
I had to add the partition of the phone in the CSS of Unity, then listen to
and delete all messages, then leave a new message to finally see the
voicemail lamp go on.
