Hi

I have EM users, log into EM, and make or answer a call on the first line,
another call comes in, on line two,
they place line one on hold,
and answer line two,
no audio either way, they go back to line one now, and it says on the
LCD: line in use.
the only way to get line one back is by logging off that phone,
restart the base phone at that locatin,
then the line in use clears for this call online one,

now,
here is another twist,
this doesn not happen with each call, each day, few times so far for
the last two months, and not just one user or one particular phone
device,

and it seems to happen more around busy hours of the day.
