Agents not displayed in Supervisor Desktop

Hello,
I had a IPCC system working perfectly. Customer decided to change the
extensions from the agents: changes were done in CCM correctly.
- Change the extension in the physical telephone.
- Update the user "agent" with new extension.
- Update RM_USER with new extension.
I also added secondary extensions to let the agents do personal calls.
Now all works except one thing: the supervisor desktop doesn't display
any agent. Any additional change I have to do?
Any idea?
Best regards,
Ruben

| Have you went into the administrator and added him to the group that the
supervisor is in charge of? This bit me just a little while ago.
Desktop Administrator -- server -- personal configuration -- team -- add
agent.
Scott

| Sorry,
it is solved now: customer "didn't notice" that he had BlackIce Personal Firewall running in all the machines.
Obviously, it was denying some of the supervisor traffic...
Regards,
Ruben
