Hi Alexander!

This is a known problem, there is a field notice regarding this problem.

To Clear the problem try the following:

->Restart DBLMonitor on the systems, this is not service impacting

->if that doesn't help, do a controlled reboot of the nodes of the
cluster. If you do this in a controlled way you will have little
(publisher down->no db changes) or no service impact

Best regards

bernhard

Hi !

My problem is that I cannot disable the call forward all to voicemail
from the phone.

The status shows that no CFA is set, but CCMAdmin and CCMUser pages show
the CFA to voicemail and there I can disable the CFA.

Another workaround is to set a new CFA destination from the phone and
then disable it again.

I'm using CCM 4.0 (1) SR2.

Thanks in advance,

Alex
