Voice over IP Cisco - DTMF tones not reconized

Hi,

I setup up IPCC , when I call internally DTMF tones are reconized, however when I dial from the PSTN IVR does not pickup DTMF tones, is this possibly gateway configuration issue ?

I had a similar problem with Unity and CallManager. I have H.323
gateways and I added the 'dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric' command one of
my dial-peers. I opened a case with TAC and this was the fix, hopefully
this works for you.

dial-peer voice 9999 voip
incoming called-number .
voice-class codec 1
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric <--this is what I added
no vad
