Author Bug in CM CSA

I have CM 4.1 with the version 4.5build 573 of the cisco Security Agent
and it is blocking my Norton AV (Symantec Corporate 8.00.9374) live
update. Is this the right bug ID (CSCee87721
<http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Suppor...ugid=CSCee87721
&cco_product=Cisco+Security+Agent&fset=&swver=&keyw=norton&target=&train
=> ))or do I need to open a TAC case?

Application Event is as follows:

Source: CSAgent

Category: Kernel Rule

Event ID: 256

Description:

The process 'C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate\LuComServer.EXE' (as
user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM) attempted to communicate with 66.194.13.231 on
TCP port 80. The user was queried and a 'No' response was received. The
response was the default taken after a timeout.

TIA

Scott

CSCsb62776 is specifically for the ccm-csa policy update to allow live
update.

Wes--

That Bug ID says Resolved. Did I miss something? Is there a newer
vision? How do I get it working?
