Dear All,

Is it there any way that I can set "Calling Search Space" when I try
to configure the call forwarding in User Options Web Page? Because I
have 2 DNs(same number) in different partitions, I need CSS for
correct call routing/forwarding control.

Thanks a lot for your help.

HI Alan,

No, you cannot set the CSS from the CCMUser web pages. One thing you
might try is to use a translation pattern. Just pick an arbitrary
number to be the translation pattern. Then set the "Called Party
Transform Mask" to the pattern of the DN you want to forward to and
select the appropriate CSS. The user will then either choose the DN of
the phone or the DN of the translation pattern depending on where they
want the call to go.
