| I hope this is not too far off-topic for this list.. if it is let me
know I won't be offended.
Does anyone have an opinion on what media is effective for getting a
decent tech/voip oriented person? Last time we tried Monster.com to
hire someone, we were getting chef's resumes for networking jobs.
Trying to bring on someone to help out with our VoIP system and its
proving difficult to find someone with the desired background (who
will come work in WVa  )
