We have a gw with sw port module and we are putting ip phones it the ports.
The port are config as

Int fa 1/0

Sw acc vlan 10

Sw mod trunk

Sw voice vla 20

Now when like this the the pc connected to ip phone port has no ip
connectivity but the ip phone works fine

If I remove the sw mod trunk the pc work fine but they have to be direct
connected to switch module

Looks like you need to add the command:
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q

Also make sure you've added vlan 20 to the vlan-database.
