Voice over IP Cisco - Errors on both Pub and Sub

Running CCM 3.3(2) flat, and we are getting the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Perflib
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1008
Date: 1/10/2006
Time: 12:59:15 PM
User: N/A
Computer: ICS-959AF0A309B
Description:
The Open Procedure for service "ISAPISearch" in DLL
"C:\W2KS\System32\query.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will
not be available. Status code returned is data DWORD 0.
Data:
0000: 02 00 00 00 ....

It comes in about 10 times a second.

The indexing service is disabled.

Any ideas?
