Author directory transfer problem

Hi everyone,

The folks that installed my CCM + Unity system left virtually no
documentation behind. They I've done well figuring it out so far, but
now I'm stumped and don't know what to look for.

>From Caller System Transfer reached via our various Unity auto-attendant

call handlers, for a range of DNs we get a message stating "You cannot
be transferred to this number." This happens for DNs that begin with 3.
DNs that begin with 2 have no problems. Where should I look to modify
this restriction? I assume it's in Unity, but I don't know where.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Look for your outdial restrictions associated with the call handlers. Once you find that go to that restriction table and see what they have setup there to allow for outdialing.

If that looks good, then you might have a CSS issue on the voice mail ports.

That got it. It was in the restriction table.

Thanks, Brian.
