hi guys-

What are the valid places to configure MOH?
(in 4.01)

I know it's done on phones and lines on phones--

Is it possible to do this on CSS or Partition, or some other more
'global' setting?

If not, all my phones/lines are set to using "2- All in the Mind"

I'd like to globally switch that to "51- Fixed Audio"

I saw smoeone discussing SQL queries to find route patterns and change
them...

is there a way to use SQL to find and modify all the MOH settings on a
group of phones at one time?

The line takes precedence over the Device Pool.

Depending on the version of BAT you have installed,
you can Bulk change a group of phones or all phones
and set the MoH per line and/or Phone back to the
default.

Tim-

I'm not sure about 4.0 but with 4.1 you can use the bat tool to remove
MoH on both the line and phone. Then you setup the Device pool to be
the global parameter.
