Exchange 2003 SP2 is not yet supported. According to this Exchange blog
run by Exchange engineers, Unity maybe related to a blackberry and
GoodLink issue they are working on.

The matrix was recently updated, and exchange 2003 SP2
is ok now - you may need to rerun current version of
permission wizard depending on unity versions, etc.
See the matrix for more details.

Exchange 2003 for Voicemail only is not supported.
