| Cisco has a number of "go" pages, like go/certifications, go/srnd, etc.
Does anyone know the "go" page for the service request pages? It takes me forever to get there.....

| go to www.cisco.com, login and type your case number in the search
box. it will return 0 results but offers a link to view that case
number in the only case tool.
