We have a CUE AA with licenses for six concurrent connections. What will
happen on the 7th concurrent call?

We were expecting a busy signal, instead we are getting dead air. No ring,
no nothing, just dead air.

Is there a way to set this up to provide a busy signal, or some other tone
to the outside so they don't complain?
