I am trying to get a few 7970s to register on an SRST system when the link
to the CM is down. The version is 3.4 on 12.4(4)T1. I am probably missing
something fairly obvious.

Thanks,

Do other types of phones work?

Is the 7970 in a Device Pool that has SRST enabled?

What version of CCM are you using?

Do you see the SRST reference listed in the phone GUI under Setting ->
Device Configuration -> CallManager Configuration?

Do you see the phone try to register using "debug ephone register"?
