Hi,
How to login to Unity and start it if both the 'UnityInstall' and
'UnityAdmin' passwords have been lost/corrupted?

Do you have the Administrator password? If so just reset one of the
Unity* accounts' password. You can also run grantunityaccess
against Administrator.
