Just wondering if anyone has got an OPX to work with CallManager and a 38XX router. Do I need FXS or FXO? This is a true OPX whereby I think we lease lines from the PSTN and they terminate in our switch room and connect to a phone in another area in town. We give them dial tone and they dial with extensions, etc.

Hope someone can give me an idea.
