Cisco Unity 4.2 Upgrade - Crystal Reports missing?

| Tried to upgrade our Unity 4.1(1) system to 4.2.1, and it kept coming up
saying the new version of Crystal Reports must be installed. When I go
to the Crstal Reports folder that was created from the CD1 zip file,
it's empty. I downloaded the CD1 image a second time to make sure, must
it's empty. Anyone run into this?

| Yes I ran into the same thing, upgrade kept asking for crystal msi. I
think I got the msi off the full install cds instead of the upgrade
ones. Its been a while though

| You need to download all the CD images, not just the Unity ones... there are
a bunch of Service Pack CD's out there and you need CD 1 and it is:
CiscoUnity4.2.1-ServicePacks-ENU-CD1\CrystalReportRuntime
