Author Installing IP TELEPHONY SERVER OS 2000.4.3(a) on HP

We had done test installs/upgrades of IPCC 3.5X to IPCC 4.0.4 in our lab
on an image of the client's current server setup. (This isn't a IPCC
related issue it's the IP Telephony OS problem)

And we decided to just do a clean install and wipe out the drives and
install IPCC 4.0.4 without having the old data there.

Anyhow we are having a stupid issue with the DVD media that was included
with our IPCC 4.0, the OS DVD says it supports HP 7835's and when I look
inside the DVD I find a HP folder that shows an image called 7835H03 and
one with a 04 at the end. I assume that is for the G3 and G4 versions
of the servers.

But our DL380G3 does not have a DVD-Rom drive on it. I am waiting on
getting one from another server (will take a few hours to get it here)
but we tried using a external USB DVD-Rom drive and it is saying we
don't' have the correct hardware.

I know this server only has 1 GB of Ram and the production server has 2
GB, but would that stop the OS install?? I also checked the firmware
version of both of our servers and they match.

Does this new DVD media not support older DL 380G3's?

I have opened a TAC case and tried to find some documentation online but
maybe I am missing something.
