Whats the best way to create a global speed dial directory in CM 4.2. I
know you can do this in cm express. Is there a way to make this happen in
CM 4.2

Take the same speed dial XML from express, or create your
own. Then create a new website on you of your servers. Put the XML file
in the website. Create a new service in call manager to point to the XML
file URL and you should be good.
