There were 2 bugs where this error was seen both were fixed in 4.1.3sr2
or prior. I would collect the data & open a TAC case if you need
further assistance.:

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 4.1(3)sr3b / Hunt Pilots and Attendant
Consolebehavior

Hi.

Currently I'm running 4.1(3)sr3b and I have configure a native CCM hunt
pilot using hunt groups and line groups. One of the users in the line
group is using the Attendant Console software in order to monitor line
status of different users using the AC client. The line group is
configure for broadcast hunting so it rings all DN within the line group
at the same time. The user is reporting that every time a user within
the group answers the call to the hunt pilot the attendant console
client is reporting a pop up window saying "Failed to make a new call".
The AC Client version is 1.4(1 ES11). Is that the expected behavior? Can
we get rid of the pop up window error?

Thanks in advanced,
-Jose
