| My receptionists are saying that when they are on a call and a second
call comes in the second call doesn't ring very long before going to VM.
Is this a setting somewhere I can fix?
Each phone is set to 25 calls, with a busy trigger of 20 and 25 second
ring no answer.
Setup is main number to hunt pilot to hunt list with LG broadcast to two
phones and the VM LG.
Is there a second call RNA value for Broadcast LG's?
This is CM 4.1.3sr2
Thanks
Scott

| Check the RNA Reversion Timeout setting on the linegroup itself
