Hi,

I changed the dial plan rules in a certain ART installation and would
like to reapply the new classification rules to history data. Is there
a way to do so without wiping ART to force a reimport? If not, how is
this wiping supposed to be performed? Not beeing a database guy, I'm
pretty nervous about deleting anything that might essentially trash the
entire CCM installation.

TIA,
Andre.

A customer had the wrong cost per minute for calls, TAC said historical
data could not be changed. I know you can re-process records with
InforTel.

In CM 5.x CAR there is a reload data option.

In CM 3.x and 4.x you have to perform manual steps. access the ART
database in SQL and run these commands:
truncate table Tbl_Load_History
truncate table Tbl_Dump_Pkid
truncate table Tbl_Error_Id_Map
truncate table Tbl_Billing_Data
truncate table Tbl_Billing_Error
truncate table Tbl_Dump_CallDetailRecord
truncate table Tbl_Dump_CallDetailRecordDiagnostic

Then restart the ART Scheduler Service from Windows Control Center
