Author CCM 4.1(3) to 5.04 Migrations

When migrating from a 4.1(3) cluster to 5.04, is it possible to do this
in a staged way, Ideally we would like to install a cluster of version 5
servers with an ICT between the 2 clusters and slowly migrate users
across, stage by stage. E.g. one remote site at a time. Hopefully
causing us less issues.

But what I seem to have read suggests running the DMA and then copying
all the license files for the phones in one go to the new cluster, if I
do this can I still run the 2 clusters together. If not there must be
another way to do this asI can't believe that you have to migrate
across all or nothing at all.

Has anyone done anything similar or can pointme in the direction of any
further info regarding migrations.
