| In Attendant Console I get a call, lookup a user in Corp Directory,
right click on that user then choose voice-mail. It fails to transfer
the caller to voicemail.
Ideas on where to start troubleshooting?
I can transfer callers to extensions with no issues, just right click
voicemail fails.
