Where do you configure AC to know the VM Pilot number for each user?

you could start with AC client traces on the PC,

youcould get the TCD traces from the CM server

or TCD talks to CTIso take the SDL\CTI traces and search for 0x8 to
find errors there

or you could look at the CTILineRedirectReq and CTILineRedirectRes
signals in SDL\CCM traces



what version of CM?and how is AC configured to know the VM Pilot number
for that user.In older CM versions you had to configure an ini file,
in newer versions we do a database dip to get the profile and pilot
number.

Ideas on where to start troubleshooting?



I can transfer callers to extensions with no issues, just right click
voicemail fails.
