We are running CCM4.2 and Unity 4.0 and wondering if there is a solution to
this problem.
We would like to all helpdesk incoming calls to a Unity call handler 999,
the call handler play a welcome greeting, "Press 1 for general enquires,
press 2 for fault report, press 3 to talk with the operator", if the caller
hits 1, the call will be sent back to Callmanager pilot point 998 which
includes 3 hunt members. If the caller hits 2, the call will be forwarded to
subscribe 997. the extension 997 will ring.
I already set up a CTI route point 999 in the CCM and CFA to VM subscribe
999, How do I set up the Unity to achieve the feature that I want?
Thanks for any input. I am a newbiee for Unity.
Regards
Cathy

| Cathy--
I don't know if anyone got to you but you can make other call handlers
and make them ring at another extension IE> 997 or 998. then from the
main CH map the 1 to one of the new CH's and 2 to the other, etc.
Make sense?
Scott
