Is there any way to get a printout of the directory. I know you can get
a device list printout. Thanks, Mike

how much of a 'printout' are you looking for?

you can use 'dumpall' from the cmd prompt on the CM server to dump
the complete contents of DC Directory out to a plain text file.

You might also want to take a look at \Program
Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\UserLis
ts\AutoGenerated.txt

The attendant console service bits running on the CM normally generate a csv
file listing directory data from whatever LDAP directory you are integrated
with.. every 24 hours I believe.

If you do go with that good suggestion (workaround), make sure you have the fields filled out under the users in global directory (telephone number field isn't blank, etc) else the user may not get put in the autogenerated.txt file TCD (AC) service create
s.
