Unity System Broadcast Administrator prompts

Is there a document somewhere that contains what somebody would be
prompted from the Unity System Broadcast Administrator?

I am trying to write a step-by-step procedure, and I would like to get
a script of what the user would hear when they call to setup a System
Broadcast message using the Broadcast Administrator.
