T1 CAS hookflash transfer

| Currently we have a customer that has their callmanager system
integrated in with a 3rd party IVR. The only integration the 3rd party
will support is T1 CAS. The good news is we were able to take the
callcenter piece away and are running that with IPCC. The problem I'm
having is when you call into the 3rd party IVR and say press 3 to be
connected to the callcenter the call drops. The 3rd party vendor is
telling me they are doing a hook-flash transfer is there any way for me
to debug this and make sure it is happening? The integration is
CM<->2811(MGCP)<->T1 CAS->Dialogic board<->3rd party IVR.
Thanks!

| debug voip ccapi inout
Will show you all signaling messages sent down the T1...
However, what you really need is an E&M T1 CAS on a 6608 blade...
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products...00801ec5cb.html
It doesn't appear to work on non-6608 blades..

| I've been trying like crazy to get it to work myself. I'm having no
luck. cisco says it works on all gateways but I'm finding that to be
B.S. Also, if you do MGCP your only option is E&M signaling on the T1
CAS. I tried getting it to work with both MGCP and H323. I opened a TAC
case with cisco and intend to work with them tomorrow on it. I'll try
and remember to post the outcome.

| According to the link I posted, it only works on E&M T1 CAS links on a
6608...
That is a pretty narrow level of support.
