| You are correct, that's how I have things set up. So I guess CallManager does some preprocessing and will only apply the transformations that are configured on the last level?
I'll have to check CDRs, but I'd rather not have the 9 on the CDR and/or the phone display. I'll have to do some more testing.

Did you leave the external phone mask setting on the Route List
details page to Default or set to On/Off? Leaving it default at the
RL page will keep the Route Pattern setting, but this is the only
option that works this way. All other settings on the route list
details page will overwrite those on the route pattern of the same name.
