Hi All - I am the newest of new at this and have just had installed CM 5.0 and Unity. I am needing to set up a voice mail with 3 nested options within it as in: press 1 for blah, press 2 for blah blah, press 3 for blah blah blah. I've got the extension set up and the voice mail for main extension. I can't find where to add a nested vm within that. Can anyone help? Or direct me to appropriate documentation? Thanks!

I guess what you are looking for is Call Handlers.

Try starting here:

A quick tip:

MAIN

Option1 Option2 Option 3

You need to set up Caller Input from the Main Call handler to branch off
to your next option (i.e. another Call Handler, or transfer to extension
etc).

In Unity under the Subscriber click the caller input... you can setup
what ever you want. Send caller to either Call handler or subscriber is
most likely what your looking for.
