I was getting this issue in 4.0.8 and upgraded to 4.0.9 and
still have the issue. The error is as follows:

07:22:08 AM] Archive file size is less than staging directory. Check if
disk
space is available on storage location.
[07:22:08 AM] Could not build archive successfully.

How do I fix that?

huh. thats strange. Maybe there are too many files in the staging
directory or something similar?

And a very small tar.. Wondering what other tar sizes are....

How many endpoint do you have? Phones? Mine is a 2gb tar file! 350
endpoints.. lots of gateways (20)...

~300 phone multiple gws and IPCCx also. We are integrated with AD so we
don't backup DC directory.

Scott

PS. Anyway to specify the staging drive?

I don't see where you could specify it.

We are AD integrated too.. I'm backing up CDR data too, that may add to
it...

I've looked here for your message and mine... But don't see that exact
one...
