| I don't know if anyone else subscribes to the Cisco-NSP list but they
(including me) have been pretty cranked about the test TAC Caseopen tool
is only tested with IE. I wish cisco would get a Clue and make
everything more Open Source as far as browsers are concerned. I would
like to be able to use any browser (not M$) to run all applications like
TAC, CM, IPCC, UNITY, WLSE, Etc.

ccm will work with Macs. I have found Mobility Manager 1.0 (which is
Linux
based) works well with both Safari and Firefox. If you use the 'User
Agent
Switcher' and tell it you are an IE XP browser, it doesn't crash any
more
but the 'RSEnableRemoteScripting' event seems to cause it to fail.
Something about a proxy couldn't be located.
