Im trying config different caller input for working and close and it seems
that you can only have one for both. Is there a way around this

Caller input is 'greeting wide' so to speak for the call handler/ subscriber.

To enable different caller input for different greetings, use a blank greeting, then change the after greeting action to point to another call handler and put the greeting and caller input you want there. You will basically be creating a tree of call handlers.

Not the prettiest design, but it's a decent workaround.

You don't have much detail in your post but I assume you are talking about Unity and call handlers. You might want to make use of schedules and direct your calls to different call handlers based on the time of day. Then you can create different caller input scenarios for each call handler.
