I have a strange attendant console issue. On a specific PC, attendant
console shows ? for the status of every phone. If another AC user signs
on to the PC they get the same ?. If the AC users sign on to another
computer the correct status is displayed for the phones. Attendant
console has been re-installed on the problem computer to no avail. Any
suggests?
CM 4.0X

| No Firewall or ACLs. Another AC user sits next to the offending PC.
Same VLAN etc. She has no problem. Reset the TCD service?

| A detailed TCD trace from the server she the AC client is connecting
to will show you when it sends linestates to the client. Try
searching by IP address of the client PC.
Does the PC have multiple IP addresses? Check the AC settings to see
if an IP address for linestate updates is specified and if so, if it
is correct.
